General Sales Manager


Diz and Chix is a growing fashion brand that has been in the industry for more than 3 years. We are proud to say that we have accomplished quite a lot. We have also proven that there is always the right market for the right product. It shows from our going-to-be the fourth store opening in Lancaster.

For the matter, we are looking for a reliable and trusted General Sales Manager to join our team and help us with the overall management. The person will need to help us with the business development by doing research of marketing plans and opportunities, creating proper strategies to reach the goals, managing staff, and implementing the sales plans. It is going to be a lot in your plate but we promise you that the outcome will be rewarding. We value fresh and creative minds and we always welcome new talents in the company. The potential candidate should be resilient and hard worker. A multitasker will be much appreciated.

Job’s Expectation and Duties

What we expect from our General Sales Manager are:

  • Plan, create, assign, and monitor the workload to sales team on a daily basis
  • Oversee and check marketing and sales activities to gain the company’s revenue goals
  • Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely and friendly manner
  • Interview, recruit, train, and discipline sales representatives
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sales representative within their assigned tasks and duties
  • Perform evaluation of sales team performance while providing feedback at the same time
  • Represent the company (and the brand) in trade shows and sales conferences
  • Address and answer customer’s inquiries about the offered services and products
  • Create, develop, and implement new sales strategies and techniques for business profitability and growth
  • Identify potential and ideal customers while trying to build strong (and positive) relationship with the already existing ones
  • Understand what customer wants and needs, and provide suggestions in products’ changes to meet those needs
  • Observe, evaluate, and oversee current marketing and sales processes and then recommend changes or improvements
  • Provide impeccable services to make sure of customer happiness and satisfaction that can affect the company in a positive manner
  • Identify and implement selling opportunities and strategies to increase profits and revenues
  • Help customers in choosing the right products, depending on their specifications and needs

Job’s Requirements and Candidate’s Qualifications

  • Possess the creative minds to create financial strategies and planning
  • Have an in-depth knowledge and experience about marketing concepts
  • Bachelor degree in Sales, Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields. A Master degree will be an advantage
  • Able to deliver a creative service with customer-oriented attitude
  • Have a good managerial and leadership skill
  • Able to work under pressure and be ready to face challenges all the time
  • Have a solid communication skill, both in verbal and written form
  • Able to encourage and inspire others with positive influence and flair
  • Have a past experience in managerial position or in marketing for at least 4 years
